Dining Albert’s own Food Services staff offer quality meals that are fresh, homemade and served seven days a week in our historic dining hall. A full array of healthy choices and fresh baked goods daily are available at every meal. The menu is planned with consideration being given to students’ eating preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies. Nutritious and popular snacks are kept stocked in all boarding houses. The Food Services staff take great care in each meal they prepare, keeping Canada’s Food Guide in mind and using local produce when available. Our Food Services staff quickly get to know you and your specific dietary requirements. They take pride in recognizing the various cultures here at Albert and will often work with students from specific countries to celebrate and share their special cuisine.
