2017 Northern Virginia Retired Men’s Golf Association (NVRMGA)

Don’t miss out on a great experience of playing local country club courses. If you are 55+, you can join NVRMGA and do that! ANCC will field two teams, one at Arlington and one at Fairfax. Both teams are always looking for new players. The ANCC Arlington team was the league champion in 2015 and 2010, and co-champions with the ANCC Fairfax team in 2011. In 2016, the ARL team finished in 2nd place and the FFX team finished in 7th place. Also in 2016, the FFX team tied ARL at the Arlington course and defeated them at the FFX course. Both teams are looking forward to successful seasons in 2017. The 2017 ANCC teams will be put together within the next few months, so there is still time for you to sign up. How? Click here before 31 January 2017 for the ARL Team, and click here by 1 March 2017 for the FFX Team. Even if you were a NVRMGA player last year, it is required you sign-up again. A contact list will be posted on the golf bulletin board in each ANCC pro shop whereby eligible ANCC golfers not currently part of a team, but wishing to join us in 2017, can express interest. How does NVRMGA work? We play 12 opposing teams twice, once at home and once away between early April and mid-October. Play is on Thursdays, teeing off at 8:45 AM (home) and either 8:45/9:00 (away).
