The spirit of working together for a common goal was evident in the updates to the Critical Activity Bonus that were announced in September. Jerry explained that it was feedback from those Marketing Executives in attendance at SELC that inspired many of the changes. Not only do the updates make the bonus more lucrative in the future but Jerry also called dozens of Marketing Executives to the stage and presented them with checks equal to the amount they would have earned if the recent changes had been implemented from the beginning. It was further proof to those in attendance that Melaleuca is fully invested in the success of everyone who is willing to share the opportunity with others. Presentations from Corporate Director 8 Rafael Rojas and Corporate Director 6 Erin Clark outlined how Marketing Executives can leverage the Critical Activity Bonus and the latest version of Melaleuca: An Overview to find new levels of success and make it even easier to share Melaleuca with others.

Corporate Director 4 Mark Atha reiterated that success is tied to belief—rock-solid confidence in Melaleuca as a company and Melaleuca’s products—and outlined why there’s plenty to believe in right now. He then challenged attendees to redefine their why and work to take their businesses and their lives to new heights. For leaders in attendance, it was a life-changing opportunity to rub shoulders with their peers and gain new insights while sharing their experiences. They walked away with increased understanding, sharper focus, and a few new friends. And above all, they knew that this is the time and that Melaleuca is the place to enhance lives—now and for generations into the future. MH
