SUPPORTING EMPLOYEE GIVING
Employee giving is a great way to ensure that the causes and non-profits our employees care about in their communities are reflected in Frontier Co-op’s annual giving. There are a number of ways employees can get involved:
EMPLOYEE MATCHES Frontier Co-op matches all employee contributions up to $1,000 per employee per year.
COMMUNITY GIVING This employee-driven team manages all requests from their peers for support for non-profits in our community.
PAID VOLUNTEER TIME Frontier Co-op provides 8 hours of paid time off for employees to volunteer with local non-profit organizations every year.
