EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND WELLNESS At Frontier Co-op, part of our responsibility to people – to everyone engaged in our work and whose lives our work impacts – is caring about their health and well- ness. That care is central to how we treat our employees. In addition to standard healthcare benefits, our wellness program aims to support healthy lifestyle habits, and emotional and mental health care. VIRGIN PULSE In 2021, we implemented a rewards program for employees called Virgin Pulse (now "Personify Health"). This mobile app and online program enables employees to earn wellness dollars for adopting healthy habits – from physical exercise to reducing stress through mindfulness and self care to social habits like being a DEI ally. Employees are also rewarded for joining challenges with others, which supports the opportunity to make new connections and fosters Frontier Co-op’s positive work culture.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROFRAM (EAP) Our employer assistance provider program gives employees access to on-demand professional counseling through whichever platform they are most comfortable – whether it be text, email, phone call, or video call. Additionally, the program offers employees virtual training, anonymous group counseling, flash courses on topics of their choosing, and access to educational articles and resources. Our provider also maintains resources for managers to help them better support their staff members’ mental and emotional wellbeing.
