Investing in people is a core value at Frontier. By offering programs like GROW and tuition reimbursement, we empower employees to grow both personally and profes- sionally, ensuring they have the tools for long-term success.
EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Another way we invest in people is by supporting their personal and professional growth through our employee development programs. GROW PROGRAM To support employees interested in continued exploration of their skills, strengths, and professional interests, this program offers tools to do just that. It supports managers and employees as they discuss potential paths the employee may be interested in pursuing, and how they might get there. TUITION REIMBURSEMENT For employees interested in continuing their formal education, this program offers reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year for Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees, and $10,000 per year for Master’s degrees that can be used for tuition, books and fees. Unlike many other
employers that offer tuition reimbursement, our support comes without strings attached. We do not require an employment commitment following graduation. Since 2015, Frontier Co-op has supported 102 employees with a total of over $827,000 in tuition reimbursement. We also cover the cost of other types of professional development including technical and soft skills trainings and certificate programs. In addition to education reimbursement, we offer the following development opportunities: • Frontier Co-op Mentorship Program
— Jim Hoagland, Frontier Co-op Board of Directors
• Board Opportunities • Leadership Academy
• Leadership in Manufacturing • Leadership for Five Seasons • Business Partners Program • Elevate Leadership
