2. INSPECTION & REPORT
INSPECTION
The first thing to take on board is that, the manual only works if the user adopts a proper inspection program .
Timing is largely down to use and the location ( ie northerly aspect, near trees or water ) but we would recommend an inspection it undertaken prior to practical completion and 6 monthly thereafter.
We would suggest that the inspection is carried out by professional and supported by our Stone Care Report
STONE CARE REPORT
The report will provide
a) A detailed drone survey ( if appropriate ) of the area affected ..
b) Our advice on how the ongoing maintenance should be handled and what is the best long-term solution :
c) There is a long shopping list of treatments but we confident that one or a combination of will sort out the problem
d) A fully costed estimate if necessary ... .
