Wisdom in the Team – Win and Retain Business Agents on the team can share endless stories about business they won, and transactions they were able to keep together, only because of the knowledge and wisdom that Tony, and other members of the team, shared with them with a genuine care and interest to help them and their clients. We all sometimes have to compete and win a listing where the seller is interviewing multiple agents, and help a client do what is truly best for them when they can’t see it. These tips come from experience and deep knowledge that is only shared among members of the team that lives and acts like a family.

Affinity Transitioning Leen has taken the leadership to learn and practice transitioning which helps seniors downsize and move from their current houses into senior communities, or a smaller house that is safer and a better fit for them as they age. The process is very complicated logistically, emotionally involving, and demanding at all levels. The process is customized for each client and involves a menu of services including: downsizing, decluttering, staging, clean-outs, packing, and unpacking to the most premium level with wall art hung and reading glasses placed by the bedside nightstand.
