LET GO OF THE PAST

Let go of past regrets, past mistakes and past problems. Live in the present. Take the lessons you have learned from your past to move forward and to grow as a person. Promise yourself to never repeat your past regrets and mistakes. Let go of beliefs and values that no longer serves you. Let go of dreams, values or commitments that no longer inspire you.

You were created for a special purpose. Your life gets a special purpose when you live outside your ego and when you are motivated by a sense of personal responsibility, ethics and helping others. Practice kindness, compassion and understanding. Willingly share your time, knowledge and resources. It will come back to you magnified.

HAVE A HAPPY AND HEALTHY SELF-IMAGE

You can live boldly every day when you act on your most powerful positive beliefs. You become what you believe.

Your self-image should mirror exactly what your Creator believes about you and not what you feel or think.

In the book Your Best Life Now, the author Joel Osteen writes: “You are what you are today because of what you believed about yourself yesterday. And you will be tomorrow what you believe about yourself right now.”

Take care of yourself emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Your self-image gets an enormous boost when you are committed to your positive self-improvement journey. Take responsibility for the quality of your life. Never blame your unhappiness and failures on your circumstances. Feel worthy of love, respect and approval and respect others for who they are. Be honest, transparent and genuine.

BE A POSITIVE THINKER AND STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE You become a positive thinker when you trust your special talents and abilities and are goal orientated. Expect to have favourable outcomes with your positive can-do mindset. Read or listen to some uplifting and inspiring messages first thing every morning to get you fired up and motivated to live your best life, instead of reading the news, your emails, WhatsApp’s, Facebook or Instagram.

MAKE SOMEONE ELSE HAPPY EVERY DAY

Try to do something that will make someone else happy every day, without expecting anything in return, and you will be on your way to Living Your Best Life. It can be something as simple as a sincere compliment to a stranger or friend or paying for someone’s taxi fee or coffee behind you in line. Intentionally make time to reflect on how you will make someone else happy every day – and just do it!
