What motivates you to continue building your business ?

My belief about marriage is that we motivate and support our partners as we are both a work in progress so that we can grow and build together. Above anything, having respect for one another is the most important part of running a business together. What was your biggest motivation for your team on your way to Triple Diamond Status ? I thank those who have held me up when I was down. I once sang a song “Zizojika izinto”-things will change”. This song elevated my team essence as everyone tapped more effort on their work as we were working towards transformation. Team-Noli Members from all countries, thank you. Bantwana bam. Be proud of yourselves as together we have grown a 2nd Triple Diamond Team in the World of INUKA. What advice would you give to someone who is trying to reach Triple Diamond Status ?
Keeping together is progress. Working together is success. Keep on encouraging teamwork. Advise your team to make follow ups to their clients. Be visible. Promote the INUKA Brand. When people see you, they must see INUKA. I have a Team-Noli WhatsApp Group where we empower each other and share some challenges. I started having one on one mentoring with my direct downlines. This has facilitated more development in their teams. How has INUKA changed your life ? Yhooo, it’s like I am in a deep sleep. I am really LIVING MY BEST LIFE because of INUKA. I have managed to be debt free. I have also built a home for my Mom which is something that I never thought I would be able to afford with my salary. I used to ignore some phone calls but now I answer every phone
Observing how much the business has grown in the Western Cape inspires me to endure my hustle every day. How have you learnt to balance running your business and taking care of your family ? I have tought my kids to understand the nature of my business, knowing the products and be able to even sell the products when I am not at home. I make sure that my children benefit from each of my monthly Volume Rebate earnings, even if it is a small token. Doing local deliveries with them also brings happiness to them as they will say “Mama we work with you today”. I travel worldwide with INUKA because I have a supporting sister who makes sure that she looks after my kids with the assistance of my helper. One of the most important things I have learned is that businesses don’t fail, but we just give up. One just needs to dig in and figure out how to make things better.
