DOUBLE DIAMOND STATUS

Focused STAYING

IT WAS NOT EASY BUT IT WAS MOST CERTAINLY WORTH IT!

What were your biggest challenges you had to overcome on your way to Double Diamond Status?

team, be there for them, encourage and motivate them and always be available for support or questions.

Set simple targets that are achievable within a short time, be visible and lead by example. Your downlines are your greatest assets in this business. Never take them for granted. Have an open door policy as communication is the key. It’s about teamwork.

My biggest challenge was for me to stand up, stand out and lead by example to guide my team with a strategy towards teamwork and success. It was also a challenge to educate my team to understand that the journey to success is not an overnight sprint and will require focus, hard work and commitment.

How has INUKA changed your life?

I had to learn to be flexible and be bold enough to admit when a plan does not work and to re-strategize.

My daily routine has changed tremendously. In the mornings I prepare our children for school and drop them off. I am then off to my 8-4 job and in between and after hours I focus on my INUKA Business whenever I get the opportunity. It is an everyday fine balancing of time and duties. Through INUKA I have discovered another side of me which I never knew existed and this is that I can become very focused and self-motivated. I used to get bored and irritated easily but with my business I have developed patience and humility and in turn I get the support and trust from my amazing team, Team Phiwo. My business also affords me with the opportunity to travel around the country and internationally. I have also made new friends with people I have met through INUKA. I am forever thankful to my Upline, Phumeza Mrwetyana, who persuaded me to join this wonderful adventure.

How have you learned to balance your business obligations with your family responsibilities?

Time management is the key to balancing your life. Plan to dedicate time to being a mom and wife. Fortunately for me my husband and children fully understand my passion for my INUKA Business, and they are 200% behind me all the way. When I arrive home from work, I focus on my family for some time and once the house chores are done, I dedicate time to my business until bedtime. Weekends have become a routine where I must do deliveries, meet downlines and go out there to sell my dream. My INUKA Business has become a therapy to me. It brings me great gratification to see the satisfaction my customers experience with our quality yet affordable products. It fulfills me to hear about all the success stories from my downlines about how INUKA has positively influenced their lives. The support that I get from my fellow INUKA Business friends, my Uplines and Downlines is fabulous and keeps me going through challenging times. I love to work for every challenge that INUKA launches from time to time. It is encouraging and makes me eager to work harder to succeed. What motivates you to continue building your business?
