Women of Whistl Update A key pillar of our ESG strategy relates to EDI, with a goal to increase female representation in board and management roles to 40% by 2028. Our Women of Whistl sponsors, Laura Sanjurgo and Fliss O’Hara, conducted a survey to female colleagues at the end of 2023 to understand the views of the women who work at Whistl. As a result of the survey, a statement of purpose has been agreed and 4 key groups have been set up.
The 4 key groups that have been set up are: 1. Imposter Syndrome (led by Nicola Broadhurst) 2. Women’s Leadership (led by Sonia Hitzelberger) 3. Menopause (led by Lisa Hickman) 4. Maternity and Paternity (led by Jayne Ransford and Joanne Huggins) If you are interested in joining any of these groups, please email the head of the group you want to join.
