Try Stress Relief — It Might Save Your Heart
How Stress Relief Will Save Your Heart Plus, HowWe Make Homeowners’ Lives Better
Unfortunately, the holiday season (and even buying or selling a home!) can be very stressful. Nobody needs to be more aware of their stress, but with National Stress Awareness Day on Nov. 3, we thought we’d talk about the health issues stress can cause. Helping Our Body Unwind Stress is often linked to hypertension, or high blood pressure. While stress in the short term can be good and even help us get our work done, chronic stress is a major problem for our bodies. We’re not meant to be in survival mode 100% of the time. It leaves lasting effects on our body, even after the threat is over. In fact, that’s part of the reason hypertension is called the “silent killer.” Even though it often presents no symptoms, high blood pressure increases your risk for heart disease, heart failure, stroke, and other health risks and events. Finding Relief From Stress Stress relief doesn’t mean just making time for your favorite hobbies (although that’s helpful!). It’s also about strategizing your life and career to create your ideal stress-free lifestyle. In life, it’s often impossible to completely avoid stress, but experts
can help you navigate life’s most stressful situations, including buying or selling a home.
At DL Jones, we’ve learned firsthand where home buying or selling can go wrong and what needs to be done to correct that. This includes an army of vetted, honest vendors and contractors to tackle any home repair needed and a utility contact information list to make connects and disconnects easy for our clients. As a result, we work ahead of potential issues and are available every step of the way. If you need us to help reduce your stress through this process, reach out to Lisa at Lisa@DLJonesHomes.com or 602-677-4130. Published by Newsletter Pro • NewsletterPro.com
