PRINTCHEK PRINTCHEK REPRESENTS A NEW FRONTIER IN PRINT QUALITY ASSURANCE FOR THE CORRUGATED CARDBOARD INDUSTRY
PrintChek uses a series of line scan cameras to capture an image of each sheet across its entire span before being die-cut. Every sheet’s size, rotation, and print quality are then compared to your set “golden standard” to identify defects as small as 2mm, such as; skew, spots, hickeys, smears, color deviation, missing print, and more. Using PrintChek in conjunction with MeasurementChek allows you to remotely monitor production and quality statistics which you can then export via Excel for statistical analysis.

GAPCHEK GAPCHEK TAKES THE GUESSWORK OUT OF CORRUGATED BOX QUALITY BY MEASURING MANUFACTURER’S JOINT GAPS
GapChek uses dual cameras to capture precise images of each corrugated bundle’s front and back, ensuring exact measurements of the manufacturer’s joint gaps. Positioned above the conveyor after the counter-ejector of the Flexo-Folder-Gluer, the cameras are servo-aligned during order setup to match the gap location in each bundle. One camera measures trailing edge gaps from the rear, while the other captures leading edge gaps from the front. Adjustable lighting illuminates the bundles for accurate imaging, ensuring each box meets your quality standards.
