Q: How did it start for Near North Title Group? A: Our journey in Rochester began in an unexpected way. Sheila was working for a title company during the COVID-19 pandemic, spending most of her time behind the scenes and a computer screen. She realized she missed connecting with people and decided to return to real estate for a while. Then one day, she received a call from a company based out of San Francisco with DOMA, asking if she would consider opening a title office, starting in Rochester. Sheila went for it in May 2021, and by June, she had signed a lease on the West Circle Drive location.
