From the beginning, we set out to do things differently. Our goal wasn’t just to sign papers. It was to provide a meaningful, quality experience, one home at a time. We were incredibly grateful for every contract and every client who believed in us. In July 2023, DOMA was acquired by Near North Title Group, and we proudly transitioned to operating under that name. Q: Near North Title Group has been a member of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce for four years. What do you find valuable in your membership to the organization? A: The Chamber has been a great resource for us. It’s helped us make meaningful connections through networking events and community involvement. Being a part of the Chamber allows us to stay informed about local developments and opportunities, and it’s also a great way to support the Rochester community. We appreciate being able to refer business to fellow Chamber members and receive the same support in return. Q: What is a unique fact people should know about Near North Title Group? A: We don’t treat our clients like just another number. We often say that a basic white towel is the minimum, but we aim to make it the softest, fluffiest white towel possible. Every closing is a celebration. One of our signature touches is inviting clients to choose a bottle of wine from our wine closet to mark the occasion. We want each experience to feel personal and memorable. A: Our mindset is to "shake the mountain." We have already built a strong presence in Minnesota, and expansion is always on the table. Our business remains consistent, and even during industry slowdowns, there’s always work to be done. We feel incredibly fortunate for every opportunity and stay focused on growth, adaptability, and continuing to serve our clients with excellence.
