TIMEOUT BEHAVIOR COACHING ANNOUNCES NEW COACH
HGA welcomed Victoria Corkery as a Design Coordinator in our Roch- ester office. Victoria is relocating to Rochester from Iowa where she graduated from Kirkwood Commu- nity College with a degree in Interior Design. She spent 2 years working for Modern Design Architects doing Interior Design work for healthcare clients, primarily optometry. She has also worked in a number of hospi- tality and service jobs and was an IIDA and IAWIA student member in college.

Ryan Ihrke joins Timeout Behavior Coaching, LLC as a parent coach. Ryan focuses on offering clear and honest feedback and practical skills based on a sincere desire to help; suggesting ways to connect with your child and build a relationship centered on trust and respect. He comes from a rich educational and leadership background and we are lucky to have him supporting families in our community.
• Olivia Tomek and Jacob Ugland , are now a licensed as architects in the state of Minnesota.
• Jan Mankarious is now a certified interior designer in Minnesota.

ProRemodeler has released their 14th annual Forty Under 40 awards and Beyond Kitchens is thrilled to share that Katie Darval has been selected along with 39 other talented individuals across the U.S. These awards celebrate some of 2025’s best and brightest stars of remodeling and home improvement.
Forbes magazine has recognized James D. Hegland in their 2025 Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list. When Jim learned of this award, he said, "I am humbled and grateful for this honor. Credit goes to the entire Hegland Mainz Financial team who provides outstanding service for our clients."
