Yorba Linda Water District is a public agency serving the residents of Yorba Linda and portions of Placentia, Brea, Anaheim and areas of unincorporated Orange County. Yorba Linda Water District is a special district, totally independent of all city and county governments. YLWD proudly provides high-quality, safe, and reliable water and sewer services to more than 84,000 residents and businesses within our service area. Residential customers make up approximately 93% of the District’s customer base. Yorba Linda Water District is dedicated to protecting public health and the environment with financial integrity and superior customer service. Backed by 82 dedicated water professionals, YLWD sets the standard for the industry through forward-thinking infrastructure investments, including a state-of-the-art PFAS Water Treatment Plant, Heli-Hydrants, groundwater wells, emergency backup generators, advanced system safeguards, and more.
