Fine Art Collector | Autumn 2021

‘Purgatory’ by award-winning comedian Sir Billy Connolly adds character and charm to this client’s sitting room.  @EDWARDIANTERRACEBRISTOL

With no one single artwork meaning the same thing to each person, nothing makes us happier than hearing from our collectors about what drew them to a particular piece, and why it resonates so strongly with them. Whether it’s your first or tenth purchase, there’s nothing we love more than seeing our artists’ work taking pride of place in collectors’ homes. If you would like to be featured in the next issue of Fine Art Collector and be in with the chance of winning £100 towards your next piece, send us a photograph of your art to yourworldourart@ castlefineart.com or enter on social media by tagging @castlegalleries and hashtagging #YourWorldOurArt .

Paul Kenton’s bustling cityscape creates quite the statement in this client’s dining room! Incorporating a cityscape into the home has the ability to transport the viewer to a different location.

When Rocco and his father visited our Canterbury gallery, they both fell in love with Robert Oxley’s ‘Bagheera’. Serving as a friend, protector and mentor, Bagheera holds a very special meaning to the father and son and we’re glad that the power of Robert’s art can remind them of this.

 WAYNE BULCROFT

We loved how Wayne’s Bob Barker collection perfectly complements his dark interior.

Jon Jones’ mysterious portraits are an excellent addition to this client’s Georgian home. We love the contrast between the yellow wall and monochrome artworks!

This original artwork by the Bisaillon Brothers adds a subtle pop of colour to this client’s stylish living room.
