Ensure Associates are aware of point of contact and have contact details. Record all incidents of Associate illness on Illness Report Forms. Summarize all Associate illness on Associate Illness Summary Log All completed forms should be given to the outbreak coordinator at the end of each day. Ensure any Associate exhibiting symptoms are excluded from work until symptom-free for 48 hours to prevent cross-contamination. Advise Associates to seek medical attention if Ask Associates exhibiting symptoms to stay in their room until they are symptom-free for at least 48 hours. Provide dedicated toilets if necessary. Place notes on doors of infected Associates warning other Associates not to enter. Ensure clean towels and linens are provided, left outside door. Provide soluble linen bags for soiled linen Ensure food and water are provided, left outside door. Contact family members of Associates if requested.
