NEW JERSEY APARTMENT ASSOCIATION HOSTS RECORD CROWD AT TENTH ANNUAL NJAA PAC RECEPTION
MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ — On Tues., Oct. 8th, the New Jersey Apartment Association’s Political Action Committee (NJAA PAC) hosted a record crowd at its Tenth Annual NJAA PAC Reception, which featured a dynamic discussion about politics and the multi-family housing industry. New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) President, Brent Kohere, moderated the spirited conversation between a panel of special guests, including Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick (R-Union, Somerset & Morris County), Assembly Deputy Speaker John Wisniewski, (D-Middlesex), and Professor Ben Dworkin, Director, Rebovich Institute for New Jersey Politics at Rider University. The free-ranging session covered numerous policy issues including gubernatorial politics, COAH reform, key legislative races, and Governor Christie’s successor if he runs for president. “This event provides our members with a rare opportunity to hear directly from legislative leaders and policy makers on key issues that are important to the multi-family industry,” commented Michael Haydinger, Chairman of NJAA PAC. “We thank Leader Bramnick, Deputy Speaker Wisniewski and Professor Dworkin for joining us during such a busy campaign season. The NJAA remains the recognized voice of multi-family rental housing in New Jersey, and it is our mission to ensure that the interests of professional rental housing providers – and our residents – are always represented.”
