As a founding Chapter of CREW Network, CREW Philadelphia works diligently to further the organization’s core mission; to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by focusing on fulfilling four key initiatives: business development, lead- ership development, industry research and career outreach. With these key initiatives in mind, CREW Philadelphia is proud to acknowledge the following members who have received notable recognition for their professional achieve- ments in 2013. Sharon Humble , Manag- ing Partner at Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, received an AV Preemi- nent Rating from Martindale- Hubbell, which consists of an in-depth peer review process to score the legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judg- ment, communication abili- ties, legal experience, and ethical standards of attorneys. Humble has been an active member of CREW Philadel- phia since 2003, served as Chair of the Charitable Initia- tive Committee during 2010, as Chapter President in 2012 and is currently on the Board of Directors. Anne Klein , Senior Man- aging Director of Global Cor- porate Services at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank co- chaired the American Cancer Society black tie fundraiser raising over $200,000. Klein has contributed her leader- ship in CREW Philadelphia on the Professional Develop- ment Committee as Member, Co-Chair, Chair, and on the Membership Committee as Co-Chair and Chair. Keri Lorenson , received the 2013 SmartCEOExecutive Management Award for her contribution above and beyond during her tenure as COO with Newmark Grubb Knight

Rachel Yoka , vice president of Strategic Business Planning and Sustainability for Timothy Haahs & Associates, Inc., won two awards in 2013. Yoka was named “Sustainability Lead- ership Pioneer” by the Green Parking Council in recogni- tion for her contributions as a parking specialist. She was also named “Woman of the Year” by the Leukemia & Lym- phoma Society (LLS), Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter, in a fundraising competition. Yoka has been an active member of CREW Philadelphia since 2010. Allsteel Inc. , a premium office furniture manufacturer, won six different awards in 2013 for product design in- cluding systems furniture, ar- chitectural walls and seating. Among the awards were 2 Best of NeoCon Gold in systems and software technology categories, and an IDEA win for seating from the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). Sanchez , associ- ate at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, has been named to this year’s Penn- sylvania “Lawyers on the Fast Track” list by the Legal Intel- ligencer.
