OUTHERN, NJ — Vantage Commercial announced the following Southern NJ transactions: Vantage Commercial com- pleted the sale of an industrial property in Millville. The fa- cility, located at 525 Orange St., was home to Parker Cho- merics, a firm specializing in aviation instrumentation glass. The Orange Street facil- ity met all of their requirements and ownership had a positive experience working with Van- tage and the town of Millville,” Richardson said. Vantage Commercial an- nounced the sale of a mixed-use property located at 50 S. Acad- emy St. in Glassboro. The prop- erty, a former catering hall, also includes an attached residence and a detached improvement, formerly used as a hair salon and two-car garage. The buyer intends to redevelop the property, which is over one and a half acres, to a use more congruous with the surrounding neighborhood and consistent with the needs of the community. Mike Gries , sales associ- ate at Vantage Commercial, represented the seller in this transaction. The seller, an estate, was aided at each step of the sales process by Blue- stone Commercial Capital .
