■ Career achievements: Oversee DPD’s Air Operation, managing multiple carriers delivering into 220 countries worldwide. Oversee International Customer Services, managing circa 50 people and two outsourced partners. Oversaw and successfully implemented the Brexit Operational Programme for DPD UK, involving 27 core project streams. Changed all international logistics processes and operations in line with new customs requirements, impacting 700,000 imports/exports weekly.

■ Career achievements: Whilst at LDC, transacted on investments and exits with a combined enterprise value of over £850 million. Acted as non-executive director representing LDC on multiple boards including; Nuclear Engineering Services, Vista, Mama, Angel Springs, Vysionics and Zip World. Led the management buyout of ADEY, Europe’s largest water treatment manufacturer, in June 2016. In February 2021, led LDC’s exit of Adey to Polypipe Group in a transaction that valued ADEY at £210 million, resulting in a greater than 2.5 times money multiple. Invested in Amberon, a leading traffic management services provider, to back the MBO and fund further expansion. After a successful investment period where Amberon expanded geographically and completed an acquisition, it was sold for £37.5 million, generating an IRR of over 100%
