■ Career achievements: Scaled multiple products from 0 to 1 including scaling of the global team, organisational design, workforce strategy and ways of working. Executed a product portfolio into production which increased the customer base by 10-fold, with products being used by more than 10 million globally. Created mobile banking apps, including retail and business apps that moved the needle on key metrics such as Appstore rating from 1.2 stars to 4.8 stars and NPS from –10 to +48 points. Worked alongside Apple to be one of the first UK banks to introduce Face ID as a digital authenticator, as well as with Samsung to deliver the first European IRIS authentication for a banking app using Samsung Pass.

■ Career achievements: Led on a successful international recruitment of doctors and achieved outstanding retention figures within a large independent mental health organisation. Achieved a £1.6 million saving on medical locums in year-on-year comparison (October 2021 – October 2022). Corporate quality improvement of regulatory (CQC, HIW and HIS) metrics, from 73% at start of tenure in January 2020 to 83% in September 2022. Led on the implementation and embedding of a digital clinical dashboard that provides trend analysis of clinical performance through SCP metrics of quality outcomes across 11 different specialist service lines. These are weighted and combined to provide a Clinical Risk Score that helps to heatmap sites for focus.
