■ Career achievements: Delivered a £1.5 million programme to completion, on time, on cost and to quality as Project Engineering Lead at Ultra Maritime SONAR Systems. Due to the success of this delivery, there are follow on programmes and a product strategy around the development of this system. Led, managed and won a £10 million bid for the Technology Demonstrator Programme. Involved co-ordinating with a sub-system supplier who was also a shareholder. Ensuring that the end-customer achieved value for money was key to the success of this bid. Delivered numerous work packages for the Technology Demonstrator Programme. These included safety, security proving, risk management, reliability and compatibility. This project was challenging as it was developing a variant of a project due to limited funds.

■ Career achievements: Led the development of four site tour videos to promote the company’s UK facilities and service capabilities. Inspired more than 100 colleagues from different backgrounds and seniority to collaborate effectively and the project was successfully launched ahead of the deadline. Managed the development and launch of a new, modern website, incorporating the company’s end-to-end global services and liaising with multiple vendors and stakeholders. Developed seven branded ingredients for the product portfolio of Sibelius and launched them globally. Grew the customer base by 17% within three months and helped the company expand into the European market.
