■ Career achievements: Built a high-performing business intelligence function and analytics team that includes development of an internal SQL database, dashboarding to support self-serve analytics, bespoke tooling to interrogate the data, and automated processes to execute rule-based operations. Successfully delivered a full end-to-end Internal Ratings Based capital programme from design through to delivery of a suite of models. A €200 million Series B is anticipated to follow.
