The design had to balance medical need and regulatory requirements with local resource and logistic constraints. The complete project was delivered in under nine months. Created, with partners, a £250 million masterplan for the redevelopment of the airbase at Mount Pleasant in the Falkland Islands. This was a staged investment proposal to improve operational output and the lived experience, over a 10-year period.
