■ Career achievements: Reduced construction line churn rate by 70% by designing a Datamart to feed the Machine Learning model and create a churn score rate based in specific data points. This strengthened the company’s customer retention strategy. Led the implementation of the Risk Radar Analytics tool for financial and health and safety risk mitigation for Constructionline clients.
