■ Career achievements: Delivered and implemented a centralisation project, worth more than £40 million, to move Sarbanes-Oxley controls testing from over 75 local markets to the Finance Risk Management & Controls (FRMC) Centre of Excellence (CoE) in the UK, outsourcing the testing to a third party. Programme managed a change and finance transformation portfolio (more than £50 million) to centralise all financial services, including P2P, O2C and R2R. Performed activities from local markets to a central hub for three regions: APAC, LATAM, and the Americas during a demerger. Project managed a project (worth more than £120 million) for over 120,000 accounts within the ‘Collections & Recoveries’ department that incorrectly kept a credit balance. Corrected the business-wide error to remediate customers back to the correct position.

Succeeded in exceeding targets with costs being cut by over 10% for a US$26 billion revenue generating organisation. Redesigned cash forecasting models to further enhance effective financial performance against budget. The initiative improved financial results, consistently closing out variance between actual and forecast data by only 10%, comparative to large fluctuations previously recorded.
