■ Career achievements: Established the international Programme Management Office for a private equity backed £150 million T/O global re-commerce business, delivering change and transformation across digital, operations, finance, marketing, and engineering. Delivered a change programme including a commercial and technology pivot for a private equity backed energy technology business, including leading a consortium in a successful £20 million hydrogen power development bid. Implemented a transformation programme to enable the delivery of complex products accounting for more than 80% revenue growth for a leading engineering consultancy, on behalf of Brompton Bicycle, McLaren Automotive and the London Stock Exchange.
