■ Career achievements: Managed the Operations team through a significant period of growth over three years, including a 22% headcount increase. Assisted in launching eight new funds at scale, including support for a more than 40% increase in manually booked trades. Successfully designed, implemented and maintained the operating model for a global macro start-up hedge fund. On-boarded and developed key service provider relationships including several prime brokers, clearing brokers, executing brokers and a fund administrator.
