The website and Instagram had hundreds of new visitors and impressions each day. Collaborated with an artist in Berlin to start a social enterprise during the pandemic, creating postcards which were bought by people across the world to send to their friends and families. Profits were used to support 10 young girls in Kenya with menstruation awareness and supplies. Generated over £3 million revenue for the company and helped decrease operational costs and increase user experience.

■ Career achievements: Set up new country operations in several countries, including China, Australia and Chile, for projects of up to US$3 million revenue per year. Included selecting and training up to 30 staff, navigating legal and commercial issues, liaising with clients and creating new procedures. At a start-up, designed and implemented procedures, standards and report formats that are still used 11 years later in a U$12 million per year operation.
