INSURANCE DISCOUNT
Open enrollment for insurance benefits will begin in April. To qualify for the wellness discount, please ensure you complete the necessary form before then. The form can be found on the last page of your benefits book. It requires you to schedule appointments with your doctors for routine checkups and have them sign the form. If you need a copy of the benefits book or assistance with filling out the form, feel free to stop by HR, we’ll be happy to help. Meet Lenin, Lua, and Theo Say hello to Lenin - English Bulldog, Lua - Mixed Breed, and Theo - Mixed Breed. They belong to Samantha Delgadillo at the Beach Club. Lenin is 8 years old and loves to sleep. Lua is 5 years old and loves looking out windows. Theo is 3 years old and enjoys barking.
