As a mid- dle market focused firm, I am able to help our team source equity for the full spectrum of real estate investors, including institutional firms and local strategic developers. Joining the Eastern Equity team has enabled me to help developers and owners source the most logical and synergistic equity partners to maximize returns and success rates. 

about your current posi- tion and why you choose the field/profession you are in today? As a former practicing attorney, my af- finity for numbers drew me to real estate and I was soon counseling my clients on their investment strategy as well. Through these conversations, I was particularly drawn to

During our first half reviews with our financial analysts I spoke to the impor- tance of getting out there and being seen, shaking hands and putting faces to names as an analyst and throughout your career to build strong relationships with the next generation of leaders on the client side. I believe there is no replacement for personal meetings or discussions so I am to what will be $20mm in 2019. During this time, I also maintained the #1 market share in multifamily sales in the Philadelphia MSA. What is yourmost notable project, deal or transac- tion? Madison Apartments Portfolio; 22 asset multi-hous- ing portfolio. Also, setting the record price per unit in Phila- delphia with the sale of 2116 Chestnut, and in the suburbs multiple times with the sales of Eastside Flats, Hanover Valley Forge, and Park Square. Last summer we sold the largest property sale in the history of Philadelphia with Chestnut Hill Village. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? I operate with a player-coach mentorship model. Servant leadership. I am not here to manage, but here to give advice based on what I have seen work and not work. I also am a member of our national leadership team and I run our national middle market initiative, mentoring over 100 people. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? Mike Tepedino, Executive Managing Director from our New York City office and who serves as our Phila- delphia oversight. I continue to learn how to develop as a leader as well as a successful producer from his player-coach model. Jose Cruz has also been a great partner and mentor to me over the last 5 years.

What is your greatest professional accomplish- ment? Being recruited to open the HFF Philadelphia office as office head, growing our team from 4 to 34 people, and our revenue from $4mm in 2014
