Jackson Cross Partners Healthcare team closes transactions totaling over $151 million in 18 months

hat is your most notable project, deal or transac- tion? Every deal we work on for our healthcare clients is important – we are helping to provide the facilities and locations where providers do their work saving lives and improving health. Our team focuses exclusively on healthcare related transac- tions and strategic healthcare advisory services, in essence we “help the helpers” do what they do best. Every project has an impact on real lives. It’s a privilege to help our clients W

Jackson Cross Partners LLC (JCP). My legal experience – including high stakes per- suasive communications and aggressive negotiation skills – allowed me to jump right in to provide solutions across the full spectrum of real estate needs for JCP’s healthcare clients. I have completed a wide range of projects including trans- actional delivery services in office, retail, and institutional buildings, analytical decision support, strategic planning, and implementation of real estate initiatives for a variety of healthcare clients.

In the last eighteen months, my Jackson Cross Partners Healthcare team has closed numerous transactions, total- ing over 151 million dollars in transaction value. What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most successful in your profession? In sales, you must have gen- uine interest in the people around you. You can’t fake it. My sincere interest in people helps me build relationships by way of trust, and frankly, gets me through the busiest and chaotic of days. Prior to joining JCP, I was an associate with the healthcare and real estate practice groups of a mid-size regional law firm. My legal training and practice experience includes real estate law, land use and land develop- ment, general corporate law, medical malpractice defense, and healthcare law. I began my legal career as law clerk for a Judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Prior to attending law school, I worked for a multi-family apartment developer, taught middle school history and spe- cial education, and coached tennis. My diversity of life experience keeps me grounded and helps me relate to wide variety of professionals. Who do you feel was most influential in your life when choosing this profession? I was lucky early in my ca- reer to develop an interest in commercial real estate, due in large part to the guidance of an excellent mentor. I am fortunate to work side by side with a highly experienced mentor here at Jackson Cross. If I could offer any advice to younger professionals – seek out mentorship, and be on the lookout for those willing to invest in your development and career. What outside activities do you enjoy during your free time? I sing with an a cappella en- semble, The Tonics. The group provides entertainment for private parties, restaurants, music venues, sporting events, and business events – and we have a blast doing it. What inspiring word of advice would you give to a young executive graduat- ing from college today? Take risks, bet on yourself, and follow your passion as you navigate your career. 
