Before I launched Stratton Equities in 2017, I was already very focused on the mortgage industry and had purchased my first home at 19 utiliz- ing a hard money loan. After traveling to 19 countries in five years, I knew two things; that I wanted to start my own business and launch it in the United States. I knew that

I created the company to provide bor- rowers to direct access to the most efficient and effective loans, under one roof, nation- wide. We do what other con- ventional mortgages cannot do, and as a result we are able to change lives as well as help more people. Furthermore, I created a system that develops our loan officers’ careers – I directly provide themwith the leads and give them access to mortgage programs that they previously had to pass over. What impact has social media / networking had on your career?
