Hollister to build new Cambria Hotel & Suites MORRISTOWN, NJ — Hollister has been retained as construction manager by Sunstone Hotels Morris- town, LLC to construct a seven-story, 86,000 s/f hotel at 14 & 30 Bank St. in his- toric Morristown. The project is expected to break ground this fall. “We are excited and hon- ored to have been selected by Sunstone Hotels Morris- town, LLC as the construc- tion manager to bring The Cambria Hotel & Suites to reality. Hollister looks for- ward to continue collaborat- ing with Sunstone and their design professionals on the successful delivery of this 86,000 s/f, 114 room boutique hotel located within walking distance of the Morristown Green," said Ray Barker , vice president of residential construction.
