Shepley and Albright complete sale of 6.2 Acres of industrial land in Lancaster County Sgagias of NAI CIR handles purchases of Plaza House Shopping Center in Selinsgrove

ELINSGROVE, PA — NAI CIR announces the following transactions:
The retail center locat- ed at 1060 N. Susquehan- na Trail in Selinsgrove has sold. The property of- fers two re- tail centers
handled the transaction. CommunityAid is neighbors helping neighbors by accepting donations to create quality jobs, offer an affordable shop- ping experience, and support non-profit partners serving our local community. In a separate transaction, the 10,000 s/f mixed use buil- ing located at 103 W. Main St. in in Annville has been sold to Ted’s Bar & Grill from Annville Grille, Inc. Sgagias handled the transaction. In Elizabethtown, 6.2 acres of industrial land located within the Conewago Indus- trial Park on the corner of Zeager Rd. and Bossler Rd. has been sold to HSRE Fund V Holding Company, LLC from Conewago Industrial Park As- sociates, LP. Jack Shepley and Aaron Albright of NAI CIR, handled the transaction. In Susquehanna Twp., the 2,300 s/f office property located at 4621 North Front St. has been leased to Hadfield El- evator Company from Kilted Crest Properties, Inc. Ida McMurray, CCIM, SIOR , of NAI CIR represented the landlord, and Laura Martin , of SVN Latus represented the tenant. Triple Crown Corporation had two properties, located on Paxton Church Rd., in Har- risburg, leased. 2209 Paxton Church Rd. has been leased to Sisters International Grocery LLC. 2265 Paxton Church Rd. has been leased to Amber Jewel Glam Studio. Pete Hig- gins of NAI CIR, handled both transactions. The 8,000 s/f industrial property located at 491 Blue Eagle Ave. in Lower Paxton Township has been leased to Sharif Enterprises from Triple Crown Corporation. McMurray represented the tenant while Michael Cur- ran , of CBRE represented the landlord. The 9,440 s/f industrial property located at 207 Lynn- dale Court in Mechanicsburg has been leased from Patton Properties. Daniel Alder- man of NAI CIR handled the transaction.
