What I did: I worked resolving customer disputes, helped close books at the end of the night, managed the entire aquatics department and got on-the-job management training. What I liked: This internship taught me about the real world and how management is not as easy as people make it out to be. It helped me learn that cooler heads prevail and understand that different demographics like different things in regards to fish and catering to the demographic of the store is better than trying to shift demographics. Future Dream Job: Something in corporate sales.
