GUARANTEE All bulls selling for $3500 or more are guaranteed against injury for the first breeding season which is the 90-day period following turnout or till September 1. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided, or if the buyer prefers, credit toward a bull will be given in next year’s sale, less salvage value of $1500. Please notify us as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. This is not a mortality insurance policy nor does it cover mismanagement or neglect. CALVING EASE IDENTIFICATION Red and Gray Lot Tags in the right ear on all sale cattle will correspond to the lot numbers in this catalog. RED lot number tags are marked with one or more stars in the catalog, more stars=more calving ease. GRAY lot number tags will be on cow/ growth bulls. This allows you the option to view the bulls prior to the sale and sale day. You are welcome to view the bulls at our new sale facility, the old Windy Acres Sale Barn on the south side of Harrison, also known as the Broken Arrow Angus Sale Barn. TERMS OF THE SALE All cattle are to be settled for sale day, unless prior arrangements have been made. The cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association. SUPPLEMENT SHEET A supplement sheet will be available sale day with updated performance data including ultrasound information. This sheet will take precedence over information in the sale catalog. HERD HEALTH All bulls will be accompanied with proper health papers. Bulls are on a complete vaccination program. Bulls were poured with Ivermax. WINTERING A $50 discount per bull will be applied to bulls picked up sale day or free wintering until April 15. Thereafter, bulls will be fed with arrangements. DELIVERY Free delivery on all bulls over $3000 up to 250 miles or as arranged. WEATHER Upon questionable weather in the area, announcement of cancellation will be on KNEB, KTWO, DBLQ, and KRVN or call us at 308-668-2525.
