• Make sure the O-rings are clean and in good condition. • Remove the G 1⁄8 plugs from the port 1 and port 1 of the valve with a 3 mm hex key wrench. • Make sure that the surface is clean and in good condition. If neces- sary clean the surfaces. • Mount the Valve Proving Device onto the ports using the M4  15 mm socket head screws. • Make sure that the O-rings are located in the grooves. • Tighten the screws snugly, not exceeding 22 lb-in. • Perform a leak test to verify that no leakage occurs around the O- rings. • Disconnect all power to the Valve Proving Device before beginning the wiring to prevent electrical shock and equipment damage. • All wiring must comply with local electrical codes, ordinances, and regulations.
