Location The gas pressure switch can be mounted directly to the Double Shutoff Valve ports 1, 4, and 5 and/or the Gas Regulator ports A, B, and C. The pressure switch should be mounted in locations meeting the requirements of the applicable code. • Never perform work if gas pressure or power is applied, or in the presence of an open flame. • Protect surfaces. Make sure that seals and O-rings are clean and in good condition. • Once installed, perform a complete checkout including a gas leak test. • Label all wires prior to disconnection when servicing switches. Wiring errors can cause improper and dangerous operation. • Verify proper operation after servicing.

Port Locations
Mounting • The gas supply must be shut off and the Double Shutoff Valve must be de-energized before mounting the gas pressure switch. • Disconnect all power to the pressure switch before beginning to prevent electrical shock and equipment damage. Recommended Mounting Procedure • Remove the clear cover of the switch. • Open the plastic bag containing the mounting kit which is placed under the cover. • Take out the M4 x 20 mm self tapping socket head screws. • Use the screws to cut the threads in the predrilled holes in the flange or the side of the valve body at the desired mounting position. • Use a 3 mm hex key wrench to turn the screws. After cutting the threads remove the M4 x 20 mm socket head screws. • Fit the 10.5 2.25 mm O-ring into the groove on the back of the pressure switch.

INSTALLATION • Read these instructions carefully. • Failure to follow them and/or improper installation may cause explosion, property damage, and injuries. • Installation must be done with the supervision of a licensed burner technician. • The system must meet all applicable national and local code re- quirements. • Check the ratings given in the specifications and on the switch to make sure that it is suitable for your application. • These switches require a conduit seal to meet 4.1.3.2 of NFPA 86 2011.
