Motor Re-calibration
1. Place the MAN/AUTO switch in the AUTO position. 2. Place the OPE / MAX / MIN slide switch (shown below) in the MIN position. This will simulate a 0% position setpoint internally to the actuator.
3. Adjust the MIN potentiometer until the actuator just starts to move from the low fire position.
4. Place the OPE / MAX / MIN slide switch in the MAX position. This will simulate a 100% position set- point internally to the actuator. 5. Adjust the MAX potentiometer until the actuator just starts to move from the high fire position. 6. Repeat steps 1-4 until no more adjustments of the MIN and MAX potentiometers are required. 7. Place the OPE / MAX / MIN slide switch in the OPE position, and place the MAN/AUTO switch in the AUTO position. The actuator will now positioned based on the input signal.
