APPLICATION NOTES
The 1807-MBV Motorized Certifire Valve is a motor driven fine adjustment gas valve designed for automated burner balancing within CertiFire furnace tuning systems. The North American 1807-MBV provides automatic motorized control of each 1807 gas valve, enabling precise tuning of the air/gas ratio for individual burners. It replaces the manual 1807 valve in the gas train and is intended for modulation and adjustment—not for tight shutoff applications. The valve uses a special V port globe style design, offering significantly improved control resolution and process precision while maintaining a compact footprint compared to other direct acting assemblies.
