The 8645 Filter/Separators are used on compressed air supply lines to remove water and/or particulate matter from the lines.

The filter/separators are complete assemblies including metal bowl and automatic internal drain. Maximum working pressure is 250 psi at 175°F (8645C 140°F). They filter particles down to .0016” and automatically drain any water that collects. The automatic float drain will not operate at pressures less than 10 psi. When sizing, always consider the internal volume of compressed air tubing plus all pneumatic cycling valve operator consumption. Consult the pneumatic valve(s) literature for cycling valve operator consumption.
