FIBERGLASS BOLT HOLE TAPE order in linear feet
Fiberglass "bolt hole tape" is an excellent way to make a furnace gasket. These gaskets will withstand continuous exposure to tempera- tures of 1000°F (540°C), are highly flexible and conformable. Bolt hole tape has a loose weave in the cneter of the material, where a bolt can easlity fit through the gasket. Genereally the wider the tape the larger the bolt size that can be used.
To estimate the length of material, find teh length of the flange profile and add 2" (50mm). (See burner dimension pages)

Fiberglass rope gaskets will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 1000°F (540°C), and are highly flexible and conformable. Applications include industrial furnaces, high temperature tying and lacing cords; and tadpole gasket core ropes.
