Costco Bayonne became the first retail tenant at Harbor View Marketplace when it opened a 157,000 SF store and an 18-pump Costco Gasoline in March, 2019. Developed by JMF Properties and RD Management, Harbor View Marketplace comprises 240,000 SF of retail on Military Ocean Terminal, a former base for both the Army and Navy that juts out into New York Harbor.Additional tenants announced include Lidl gro- cery, Starbucks, LA Fitness, CVS Pharmacy and Posh Nails &Beauty Lounge. Its sister property, ScenicVue, is a collection of 651 luxury rental residences that broke ground in October right next door. Together they comprise 14 acres of the 103-acre peninsula. Costco attracted many shoppers and a lot of media attention when it opened, elevating the entire redevelopment area in the public conscious.

With the long- term Burlington commitment and an early 2020 lease by America’s Best, the center is fully occupied.
