Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 2201 Lafayette Blvd. in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. WFDMB, LLC purchased the 7,525 s/f retail property from LB Degen, LLC for $825,000 and will occupy the premises. Mike Degen, Virgil G.
