Size: 30,000 SF Long Beach Island had the problem of being a tourist destination with few grand hotels. In or- der to solve this problems, the owners of Hotel LBI wanted something designed in the grand Victorian style. This classic design to reflect in their hotel by including elevated porches, patios, terraces, walk-arounds, and even roof decks that were typically found in this style. Hotel LBI of- fers “the perfect blend of comfort and luxury” with over 100 rooms, a restaurant and multiple dining areas, a roof top bar, an indoor-outdoor pool, and multiple venue spaces that will be great for weddings.
Size: 81,000 SF Kinsley constructed this new eight-story Courtyard by Marriott hotel located in the McHenry Row mixed- use redevelopment with great views of the waterfront, Francis Scott Key Bridge and downtown Baltimore. The LEED-registered hotel includes Energy Star windows and insulation, VRF system and innovative storm water management. It was designed and con- structed in the Courtyard by Marriott’s Cynergy high- rise prototype to maximize the building’s one-acre footprint, and features 126 guest rooms, a fitness cen - ter, meeting rooms, a business library, and a kitchen supporting a bistro bar and lounge.

With a 12-story, soaring glass façade topped by a sophis- ticated rooftop bar, the new East Tower at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square and Lancaster Convention Center, built by the High Construction Company, opened in July 2019. The project added 117 guest rooms, equipped with advanced amenities, two new restaurants, and a signature Marriott M Club Lounge to the 10-year old full-service hotel and convention center property. The overall expan- sion and refurbishment project also included guest room renovations of the hotel’s existing 18-story West Tower, upgrading guest room amenities in the West Tower to mir- ror those in the East Tower.
